have just put up my latest poem finished about half an hour ago, it is about the mooring mast site at cardington, how it stands there and not many people know of it or what it was for, and if you go there how hard it is to imagine the mast there with the vast bulk of the ship floating above your head, well i hope everyone likes it, going to put a new blog entry for every new poem describing what its all about, hope you like it.

Well this year should mark an end to as i see it the third chapter of LTA history, the new era will be of the Hybrid Air Vehicle HAV, the LEMV program due to fly this year will mark the beginning of the 4th, and i feel this will be the big one the future's comming and HAV is gonna be at the fore front of this new age, long live HAV.
as to my poems on airships, i do hope you like them, the site of an airship passing over head is a very poetic site indeed, it stirs the imagination i find, there are quite a few on their now, quite the body of work, the oldest one the ship was written around 2005, all the others have been written since october last year, the actual age of this site in fact, thats around 6 months, they keep comming and i hope you think they are getting better . the non airships poems are also growing, let me think what you think about them.
i ponder today, all this talk of the sheds at cardington being used as a sound stage for batman and take that using its space as a rehearsal area for its latest tour we have this year also had some airship activity, HAV have been flying the HAV3 model from the airfield still, they are in cranfield at the moment but they keep a foot in the door, i wish them the best of british and hope they come back to their rightful home one day, Cardington would not be the same without them, also had some other airship gods at the sheds lol, Goodyear have assembled 2 lightship models for a tour of Europe, spirit of safety 1 and 2, now well into their tour in Europe attracted a lot of interest, the sheds and a ship moored out the front of them is a fantastic site, long live the Cardington sheds.
very windy today, the new road in shortstown now must give one of the more rarer shots of shed 1 quite close, it looks as massive as ever, well worth the detour home. also the headquarters building is progressing well, wont be long now on that one, take that are off on their tour now and Batman are still filming in shed 2, the sheds have been quite busy so far this year, i wonder whats next for them?
i have not written on here for a while, what has happened over the last few months, quite a bit which you can find out about on the site, must thank Goodyear for their flight, it was a fantastic experience. was also interviewed on the flight day by blogger Documentally here http://audioboo.fm/boos/338420-blimp-spotter-trevor-monk-aka-havmustfly
